Dear sir I have been working leaglly in Malaysia since 13/06/2008.l had come in India 3rd time from Malaysia on 26/10/2015 at Hyderabad airport. I had to go Malaysia on15/12/2015.But I have lost my passport on its 8 work permit of Malaysia, my air ticket,my money and my CIMB ATM card in the train at night on 14/12/2015 While I was going to kochi to take flight kochi to Kuala Lumpur.My work permit is still valid on 12/06/2016.please help me.I want to go on my work in Malaysia. I have applied for a "Tourist Visa for a long term" today from Kolkata, India enabling multiple entries to Malaysia as my daughter has been residing and working at Kuala Lumpur since January 2014. I visited Malaysia twice earlier during the last 2 years. Both me and my wife are senior citizens and are willing to avail long term Tourist visas. Unfortunately, VFS Application Centre at Kolkata has refused to accept my appeal. In support of our Visa Applications, we wanted to submit photocopies of my daughter's passport, working visa, proof of her address of residence and a letter undertaking to bear our entire expenditure. Unfortunately, Reference numbers of our 3 Application are MAKA/261115/0001/01, MAKA/261115/0001/02 & MAKA/261115/0001/03. As a senior citizen, may i know how can i obtain long term Tourist Visas to avoid repeated harassment of proceedings for the same reason as i wish to visit Malaysia again after 5 months.

recently our Bhutan student try travel from delhi to Malaysia and students got all necessary documents that issue by the immigration of Malaysia (VAL). unfortunately student missed the flight to Malaysia as Delhi airport immigration asking for the stamping visa on their passport.
As per immigration website it has clearing mention if there is no representative office/ consulate office in the country. student are allow to travel by visa approval letter ( VAL ) and necessary stamping will be done at enter point of Malaysia. further refer http://www.imi.gov.my/index.php/en/main-services/pass/7-perkhidmatan-utama/1008-pas-pelajar-2 .
But it is sad to learn that most of immigration officer in Delhi airport are unaware of about student visa of Malaysia. there is lot of confusion, i would request your kind office please advise us and it would be grate if issue letter to delhi airport immigration to avoid unnecessary trouble to Foreign student going to study in Malaysia.
