I am a Eritrean refugee and is a technical mannager of the Eritrean refugee cycling team based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia who needs a tourist visa to Malaysia to participate on the 1 Asian cycling peace tour being held on 3 September 2017 in Kuala Lampur.
How can i get an entry visa to Malasyia since there is no embassy of malasya in Ethiopia.

Hello there,I am a Ugandan who needs a tourist visa to Malaysia to process my work permit to Singapore, which may take up to 3-4 months. I have tried contacting the Nairobi embassy but their email and phone numbers are not in service. Can I apply for my visa from Kenya? How long would it take?
