Iam Iraqi student studying for master degree in Saint Petersburg state Polytechnical university in russian. I want to visit Malaysia for the conference for three weeks. What I have to do for attending the conference.

Hello!I prefer to study medicine course in Russia Moscow RNRMU if i got the chance to. but that is a problem, my father told me that Russia racists did boycott and despise Malaysians. Perhaps, but is that serious, what if I just ignore them and concentrate on studying?
I will visit Moscow for 5 days as tourist.Please advise how and what shall I do next.

We are from Universiti Tun Husseib Onn Malaysia, Champion at Imagine Cup Malaysia Competiton, going to St Petersburg tomorrow and will compete in Imagine Cup World competition from 8 - 12 July 2013. Just to let you know.
We are a few doctors attending an International Perinatal Conference in Moscow from 19 till 22June at the Crocus Conference Centre.
We will be arriving Moscow on the 16 June.
Can we make a visit to the embassy and perhaps have an audience with the ambassador?
