IT can also be FT
IT Can also be FT (farcical Technology).

If not all some of the HRs do not know the job of screening or hiring and many of the companies look for head hunters who donot match the adaptable minds but computational matching. Even in many of the companies HR-Loyals are not with the right background amidst chaotic headhunters sending such mails of offer of appointments.

It is best for the hiring companies to rely on the old method of advertising and having the right workforce virtually contributory for growth by receiving hard copies of signed applications by land mail than e-mails without authenticity. By digressing the existing method of using wrong information technology, the old method can induce authenticity of the employer and the employee, mutually advantageous.
