We are intending to get married. She(He Cong Hua) is a ROChina citizen and I (Khoo Li Chai) is a Malaysian citizen..We have enquired at the Chinese Embassy in OSK Building in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and the officials there had told us that we need to get an authentification of her single status certificate in China by a notary public before the documetn can be used here in Malaysia. IWe would really appreciate if you could tell us1) where or how we could engage upon the service of a notary public to certifyand 2)get our English translation of the document done as well. We were told by the Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara in Malaysia that your Consulate-General of Malaysia here does the endorsement of her chinese documents and we seek your kind confirmation so that she could come in to your office in Sakura Hotel to endorse her document. Kindly confirm and illuminate us on point 1) & 2). We await your kind reply.
