I am Zailina, Malaysian currently looking for a Pakistani Citizen named Alamgir Abdul Malik Passport No. AG1754203 to attend divorce proceedings in syariah court here in Sabah, Malaysia.
We was married in Sabah in 2013. He divorced me trough whatsapp application and disappeared since 7th September 2017. He took all his belonging from the house and never return back home. Police report already been lodged regarding this matter.
He was working with Mother India Restaurant, Oceanus Mall Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. According to his employer, he already resign and went back to Pakistan. His contacts no. Malaysia +6018-9610966/ Pakistan +923177033866.
I have tried to contact him to attend the court trial but he has blocked his contact line and all his social media from being contacted by me.
Some sources informed me that he already went back to Pakistan but according to the immigration department here, he is still in Malaysia.
I hope you can help me in this matter. Next court proceeding will be as follows:
