Dear sir, im malaysian and was visited ho chi minh for the first time on 20/12/2015 when i was arrived at the saigon airport at 1115 vietnam time i went to vinisun texi in front of the arrival gate the incharge person with green unifrmas me to go to the texi driver but the texi plat saigon air on the way the texi driver as me to pay 200 000dong and after arrive at the Eden hotel the texi driver told me to paid another 950 000dong and asked me to out.i think i was cheatted by the driver.so what should i do. I am a malaysia. I stay in vietnam for 1 years plus to 2 years. When I came here , I have been cheated and lost some money in business. My passport is in the hotel and because I can't settle so till now is there. I met my wife 8 months ago and we have a child going to deliver soon and I have just enough for the hospital fee not the passport . How can I get my new born child to be endosed as a malaysian citizen. Please advice and I really need this advice to follow. Thanks you .
