Industrial Visit to Malaysia - MBA Programme

we are in the Rajarata university MBA students has made the arrangements for the overseas industrial visit in Malaysia on 17.04.2014 to 24.04.2014.
we are plan to return to Sri Lanka on 27.04.2014.

We have to visit to Singapore. how to get the multiple visa and return to Malaysia.

Requirements for Malaysian Visit Visa
Dear Sir,
I have got a one month vacation period in next month, as have resigned my current job and going to join the new job in June first week. So I would like to visit malaysia for three week during this vacation period, but as a visa requirement I have been asked to submit a Leave approval letter from the company, as i have already resigned, how can I over come this issue. I am professional engineer(Member of IESL) and I a able to show sufficient bank balance.
Please advice on this, also let me know other documental requirements for visit visa.

Holiday visit visa
I hope to visit Singapore & Malaysia for a one week (7 days) with my friends.

If we travell by bus from singapore to malaysia & singapore back, do we have to get multiple visa?.and also like to know are their any new rules implement to obtain Malaysian visit visa?. if so pls advise in details with the new visa fees

Dear Sir,

My company in Penang, Malaysia would like to hire Sri Lanka for the position of 3D artist. Can I ask if the candidate is now working in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with other company, can I apply employment visa for him while he is serving notice? Or I have to get the candidate repatriate to his home country and start from the medical check up ahead before the visa making? Besids, do I need to go thru any local agent to get them in to work in Malaysia?
