I have applied Visa from Bangalore however, assistance was very poor from VFS initially they rejected to accepted documents by asking to submit original invitation letter as was carry soft copy. After paying VFS service charge as well mobile alert charge still they were not updating. Automated mail was sent to me to collect from Malaysia Visa Application Centre, Hyderabad which is incorrect. As per process it should take 5 working days however, it took more than 6 working days that also upon my inquiry.

I have booked my tickets through AirAsia to go to Jakartha (Indonesia) via Kuala Lumpur. The transit time at Kuala Lumpur Airport terminal Klia2 is about 8 (eight)hours. Do I need a Malaysian Visa? I am not going out of the terminal. The AirAsia Manager at Chennai says that I should have Malaysian Visa even for the stop over while the Consulate Office. visa Section at Chennai says that Visa is not necessary for the stop over at Klia 2.
