Hi, Im a Malaysian on a business TR here in Perth. I wo uld like to travel to Chicago, US for a holiday cum friend's function. If fly out from Perth to Chicago where do I need to obtain my visa to the US. How long would it take. In the event I wish to fly out from my home country Malaysia would this visa be applicable or need I apply via homecountry.

Renewed my passport today at Canberra and a big
Thank you to all the staff at the embassy for their superb efficency ! It took only 45minutes to renew my passport .It was a treat to all the delicious nasi lemak , mee goreng and Kueh .Sad to see the embassy moving to Melbourne ? by next month .
Once again TERIMA KASEH canberra and wish there is a malaysian embassy for passport renewal in Sydney for the near future !
