I have a contract offer with "PETRONAS oil company malaysia" they sent to me the offer today and I would like to know first is it true or not, second, they asked me to send the contract offer to Immigration Attorney (ROZLAN KHUEN ADVOCATES & SOLICITORS) to issue Employment Insurance Certificate (EIC), and I think they will ask me for fees.
