Recently we assist our clients to book vessel mv Idaho offer by operator: Flamar-Belgium onbehalf of Belgomar Dmcc Dubai & loaded port klang 31/8 to Liberia.After fully paid freight Flamar+Belgomar declare not responsible for voy due to owner/Ems-Leda shipping Germany who act for owner Glumour Shipping withdraw vessel due to unpay of part of charter hire and demand fresh freight by Ems. Cargo withold by Ems and Flamar+Belgomar refuse to refund freight for fail to performance although original B/L issued by their agts. Please help, what can we do now?
