Hello, I am Vivian from Malaysia, i am a university student and having my internship in Siemens, Duisburg. My internship period is from 5 May 2013 to 15 November 2013. I apply a residence permit and the date of the RP is same as the date of my internship period as state above.
Somehow, i wish to stay in Germany after my intern and have a europe trip and i wish to go back to Malaysia on 20th of January.
Should i need to extend my residence permit, or i need to apply for another visa to visit europe before i go back to Malaysia?

The staff at the Consulate are not helpful and efficient at all !
