Notarized copies from Ministry of higher education
I just graduated from limkokwing university of Creative Technology' I received my original certificate degree with other certified copies, I went to the Ministry of higher education in Malaysia and they notarized 3 copies only I ask for more copies but they refused,
I notarized 1 copy from the Ministry of higher education ' Ministry of foreign affaire and from the Syrian embassy in Malaysia and I kept 2 university certified copies to continue studying in the USA.
I return to Syria to Credited my Bachelor Degree
From the Syrian Ministry of higher education but they told me that They require 3 certified copies from the Ministry of higher education in Malaysia , Ministry of foreign affair in Malaysia and the Syrian embassy in Malaysia.
Now I'm in Syria what can I do.
