Directives to extensions not clear

I have been trying to call the visa section but have been unable to get direct extensions. The number from the operator doesn't go anywhere. Only restart everything in Chinese

I am a Chinese Passport Holder currently study in the UK. I am planning to travel to Malaysia in Sep 2015.
Do I have an option of VISA UPON ARRIVAL? if so, what are the requrements? Do these requirements ALL HAVE TO be fufilled?
