I am mahmod besher alrez and I got offer letter to study IT at MMU university unfortunately Malaysian Embassy has closed because of war so couldn't get visa for me The university told me " I can contact Malysian embassy in the Neighboring countries to get visa for me" and the best option for syria is the Malaysian Embassy in turkey so what are the documents should I need to give it to the embassy to get a single entry visa.

I got an offer letter to study Ph.D from UPM University. unfortunately Iraq hasn't Malaysian Embassy so ,I couldn't get visa for me and my family. The university told me " I can contact Malaysian embassy in the Neighboring countries to get visa for me" and the best option for Iraqi's is the Malaysian Embassy in turkey because the way to the Jordan is dangerous these days because of the military operations there.
please tell me the required documents or fees ASAP
