my brother student fro lybia he wants to get visa for the purpose of study and he is now in turkey an I can gave them from here and how much time that you take and I want to ask about tourist visa fro turkey also. he is now in Istanbul he can introduced his documents from here or should go to Ankara to provided thanks very much

I am Juma Taka from Libya and I am planning to complete my study in Malaysia and I am waiting the VDR letter from IMMs to start a language course in the tenth of march and PhD in pharmacy at UKM university and as you know Malaysian Embassy has closed in my country couldn't get visa for me and my family. So I want to ask about the documents requirement to get a single entry visa and how long time to get it. Please replay me back on my email .

I have bought my plane ticket on board to istanbul departure 29 dec and return to k lumpur on 7th januari 2015 I will be visiting bulgaria on 3rd to 5th jan by turkish airline flight. In view of the current political situation meaning the street demonstrations etc is it safe to visit turkey. In turkey i will be in istanbul and taking the train or bus to to Edirne on th east. I'm from Kurdistan/Iraq and joined a PhD program between our University (University of Salahaddin-Erbil/Iraq) and UTM in Johur Bahru.
I have the original copy of Offer Letter and VDR Litter and the administrative assistance of UTM international said to me that:(For your information you no need go to embassy Malaysia at Turkey. Because we applying SPAL for you, you just required to produce this letter upon arrival for Immigration clearance.)
So, can I travel directly from Iraq to Malaysia without visiting your embassy?

I am a Libyan citizen I want to inquire on the Malaysian visa had already obtained a visa from the Malaysian Tripoli and was the last date in the month of August of view of what once Beah country and I want to shut down the Malaysian Embassy to renew the visa and I am the oldest in the family Is Istanbul, or in the embassy in Ankara
