can a visa be issue in my absence
im called ukeria ndando.i am wishin to apply for a school in malaysia and i feel discourage because the embassy is not in my home country- cameroon.i was advice that i could DHL my documents to the embassy in nigeria and my visa will be issue and send back to me.i just wanted to know if it will be possible for me to get a student visa to study in malaysia without me being present at the embassy?please reply me through this email

I am a Nigerian from Akwa Ibom State.i was being purportedly helped by one so-called agent.His name is Arigbede Adepeju working with one prof. Babatunde Opabola, a lectuerer at UCSI, Kuala lumpur.he claimed to have applied for social visa on my behalf and had collected money from me for air ticket but and had since dissappeared with all my documents and money.my passport number is A3852465A. am planning to get a new passport so i can go ahead with my studies at Universirty of Notthingham Malaysia.i thought it wise to inform the embassy
