I am an Ethiopian. I got an official invitation letter yesterday 23 May, 2012 to attend ACP-EU workshop on neglected plant species to be held during 11-15 June, 2012 in Bunda College of Agriculture, Liloingue, Malawi.

I am a lecturer and breeder at Haramaya University,which is located betwen Dire Dawa and Harar towns, eastern Ethiopia.
I am invited to participate on a Pan African Bean Research Alliance (PABRA) breeders workshop at Lilongwe, Malawi, from 17th to 20th October, 2011. My flight from Addis ababa to Lilongwe is on October 16, 2011, thus I need to get the visa up to Friday, October 14, 2011. Since I got this invitation only yesterday, and since I am living 500 kms from Addis Ababa, please advice me on how I can get the visa urgently.
