I am a US citizen married to a German man, he took off with out getting our divorce in 2008 back to Germany, I only have contact with him via email. He continues to ignore my efforts to get a divorce, I have one pending her in the states we were married in Naples FL 2004. He decided to go back to Germany after 2 years, and I have been trying to get him to sign the divorce papers, I have sent 2 copies to him. He wants the divorce, he is with another woman. I just want it all behind me. I an not able to go on with my life married to some one in another country. He just keeps telling me he will get a divorce, I need help to get this closed. Is there anyone there that can help me. He left me deserted me when he left and I am not financially able to pay any more to get this divorce. Please help me.
