My wife was born in Luxembourg. Her mother is a citizen of Luxembourg and was a citizen of Luxembourg at the time of her birth. Her father is American and she has resided in America since the age of three. Is she within her rights to obtain a Luxembourg passport? If so is her son eligible for citizenship?
