I am a Ugandan citizen. I need to pay visit to Luxembourg to 10 days and then back to Ireland to resume with my studies. Where can find the Honoray Consulate of Luxembourg in Dublin in order to start my visa process.I am currently student at Kimmage Development studies Centre Dublin 12.
