i want to transfer to Lethuania i want to study Master in Kaunas University of technology
please tell if i can apply for student Visa and what's the requirement and can i apply am in Malaysia cause i cant go Japan
and how long it takes to take Visa

I am hoping to find information on how to possibly obtain a Lithuanian passport. I need to find out what forms are needed. My mother is Lithuanian and lives and is an Australian. Your help would be very much appreciated. All the best for 2014. I hope to hear a reply sooner than later thank you.
