Iam a student living in Canada with an Indian Citizenship...i wanted to get a schenghen tourist visa...what are the procedures i should do?what are the documents required and what will be cost of it?

Lithunian Visit Visa
I wish to travel to Lithuania on a visit. I am an Indian National with Permanent Resident Status in Canada. I reside in Brampton.Ontario. Canada. I have a few queries
1 Do we need to make a prior appointment in order to submit our documents.
2 How many days advance notice do you need to book our appointment
3 How long would it take to process our visas.
4 Would we need to personally collect our Passports and other documents from the Embassy or would these documents be couriered to us after the visas have been stamped.
5 Please let me know the visa fee per person
