Am a Nigerian,and there is no Lithuanian embassy in my country, then i came to Turkey, i want to apply for my masters degree program in Lithuanian. i doesn't have resident permit here in Turkey,will i be giving visa if the school in Lithuanian give me admissions to come and study in their country.
