Dears
in fact I would like to refer here to the beginning of the revolution, Feb. 17 and fact of split Mr. Ahmed Tabuli, the secret that Mr. Tabuli declared his separation from his master's in Bab Al-Azizia on March 23, after the beginning of the air strikes and the protection of civilians in Libya by UN, when asked by a reporter about the reason for the delay, he justified that by saying that the authority in Libya at that time had been holding three Dutch soldiers who illegally entered Libyan territory, but the truth is that it may use this issue excuse will exhaust the continued loyalty and jumped from sunken ship when make sure that everything has ended and his loyalist in Bab Al-Azizia, and to prove the
evidence for this is that the Dutch soldiers had been released before Security Council resolutions to Libya i.e. on 11 march and the so-called Tabuli had slept a very long time to declare his dissent before the Security Council resolution to protect civilians had issued, so he preferred to wait and watch the blood shed Libyan daily until 23 March, where the declaration of his dissent did not add any value....
To be follow.....

Dear readers,
I hesitated a lot to write this letter, but after what I have gotten and I have seen with my eyes and heard by my ears have become morally and ethically compelled to write this letter ...
Summed up the message about a person called Tabuli charge d'affaires now and who must be removed by isolation low which issued to clean the libyan institutes,
i had met this person several times he treats with the Libyan citizen in the Netherlands like a deal with the devils he is thinking that the position to honor him and forget that he administratively and morally binding to carry out his work in the interest of the Libyan Netherlands
But he goes farther from seeing the Libyans in the image of the devil, but in order to devote its objectives and personal interest He denied his origin Warfalli and claiming to be from Misurata the city of his wife,
Once you mention the name Misurata to him he will interrupt you with a servile smile and says he also from Misurati,
I would not expect from someone who denied his origin and hate his people anything more than selfishness and narrow-interest
To be continue...

New Libyan rule halts delivery of journalist visas

Your Excellency,
The Committee to Protect Journalists has been monitoring with growing concern the difficulties that many foreign journalists have been experiencing in obtaining a visa to your country.
Until recently, journalists needed to contact the Media Centre in Tripoli, which would provide them with an official letter and inform immigration officials of their arrival at a designated port of entry. This practice has apparently ended and the delivery of visas has halted, effectively preventing journalists from entering your country on a professional visa.
Journalists who have spoken to Foreign Ministry officials say they have been told that a new policy has been set. As described to them, journalists are to apply at any Libyan embassy with a letter from a news organization. The embassy is to then contact the Foreign Ministry's media and communications department and, upon approval, issue the visa.
But journalists have told CPJ that Libyan embassies are not uniformly aware of these new rules. In the absence of clarity, we call on you to announce a uniform and transparent policy, and to send clear instructions to all Libyan embassies allowing them to directly and expeditiously issue visas for journalists. It would be a solemn affirmation of your government's will to defend press freedom and the free flow of information.
We hope and expect that your government will design procedures that will enhance the culture of press freedom, which is so decisive in the building of a new, democratic Libya. We will closely monitor the implementation of the new policy. Although we understand the challenges your government faces after the fall of the former regime, we believe the presence of international journalists in Libya is an asset essential to your nation's successful transition.
Thank you for your attention to this important matter. We look forward to your response.
Sincerely,
Joel Simon
Executive Director
