re-entry visa
i have a niece who is a nurse here in Tubrok Medical Center and she went for vacation in the phil last Sept 7, 2012, her re-entry visa expired last Dec 5, 2012, however her resident visa will expire on march 1, 2013. as advise by the embassy staff thereat she should have to secure re-entry visa. I requested for said document and the immigration granted said request however,staff personnel of the immigration office (KidMaAma)here in Tubrok had been trying to fax said document for almost a month but can't send first it was written communication error second it was written paper jammed then no more. I called the embassy last week to get the fax number as it might have some changes but the two fax numbers given were the same 006328177337 and 006328938118. my querry is what other remedy can we do to cope up before her visa expires.Thank you and more power.

Business visa for pillipino citizin

We are visa dept in Schlumberger in Libya , we had sent a business visa to on of our engineers with REF # 55 to be collect from our Libyan embassy , so my question why he has to present a copy of employment contract as he doesn't come for work he comes for business visa valid for one month , your reply is highly appreciated .

Certified statement regarding police clearance
Hi! I was working in tripoli medical center 6 years ago. I have an application in another country and is requesting for a police clearance. I know that it is impossible to request for a police certificate for a non resident. As indicated in this ______10 - LIBYA POLICE CERTIFICATE:_______________________________
Available-A "Criminal Status Certificate," issued by the Criminal Identification Department of the General Administration for Criminal Investigation of the General People's Committee for Public Security, is available to residents of Libya. The individual must submit an application with two 2 photographs and proof of residency to his/her local neighborhood People's Security Office for a minimal fee (currently LD 3-5). The certificates are not available to former residents or to non-residents.

I then would like to get a certified statement that is from a government issuing documents indicating this paragraph. Can I possibly get a letter from this embassy in Manila?
