i just like to know what is the normal processing time is a working/business visa to be process? i am wondering why the recruitment agency here in manila and the prospective libyan company/employer are taking to long for this document. does it really take 3 months? i hope you'll give a full clarification on this matter.kindly reply to fseroma@yahoo.com

Can the Libyan embassy in the philippines capable of producing a police clearance certificate during my previous work stay in Libya. Said Certificate is for immigration purpose.
