STOP THE TRIPOLI LOCAL COUNCIL IN LIBYA TO POISON DOGS OVER THERE
News has been circulating that the local council of Tripoli has made the cruel decision to poison the stray dogs.

THIS IS AN OUTRAGEOUS AND CRUEL DECISION. IT SHOULD BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY.

Animals deserve better and happy life and should be protected from abuses and torture of this kind.

Subject: “UN RIGHTS PANEL’S REPORTS ON LIBYA MISREPRESENTS THE TRUTH”.

Statement:
Africa’s request and hopes from the United Nations Organisations and
the international community is fading especially the world’s body
approval of the current aggression and crusade attacks on Libya, by
the outlived North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO). The
unconditional support of the UN for destabilization and
underdevelopment of Africa delivers more fire to NATO forces of
aggression to invade Libya and commenced an evil campaign of terror
and crusade attacks against the Libyan Government and people.
The Sierra Leone People’s Democratic League (PDL) takes great
exception to the doctored, mischievous, spurious and hate-filled
report of the UN Panel selected by the enemies of Libya and charged
with the responsibility to investigate human rights abuses in Libya.
We know the three members seating in the Panel have for so many years
bear special hatreds, malice and grudges against the Government and
people of Libya, for not succumbing to the designs and tastes of the
imperialist masters in the West.
If for instance, these people in the Panel, including Professor Cherif
Bassiouri, Asma Khader and Philippe Kirsch have conscience and are not
cheap pawns to enemies of Libya, then why not mention in their report
that the murderous TNC in Benghazi is a terrorist outfit, comprising
mainly of terrorist al-qaeda and organized crime groups and traitors,
which is out to overthrow the legitimate Government of Muammar Qathafi
through violent means and use of arms and nasty propaganda.
The fictitious report fail to mention also the terror campaign
embarked by NATO forces of aggression against the people of Libya; the
attacks on non military targets and destruction of property and public
infrastructure, and the economic resource base of the country. Why
chose to bury fact that NATO campaign in Libya defies international
opinion, and the alliance support and arming of the terrorists in
Benghazi against the Libyan people threatens peace, security and
development in Africa, and beyond.
Our understanding from the report is that, the UN Panelists were in
Libya ostensibly to investigate human rights abuses in the current
NATO aggression and terrorist al-qaeda murderous actions, but in
reality, these so-called human rights professionals were in the North
African country to execute Western and Israeli agenda, which is
looking for legitimacy for NATO aggression.
The Libyan Government has never attacked its people. And there is just
nothing like Libyan civilians held protest against the competent
authorities’ in Tripoli. The truth is that al-qaeda terrorists and
narcotic drug gangsters recruited, armed and funded by western
countries and their proxies attacked Libya and the Libyan people and
terrorizing African immigrants. It is only natural in such cases that
any responsible and caring Government, like the competent Authorities
in Tripoli would act swiftly to defend its people against al-qaeda
terrorism and foreign aggression.
Libya, under Muammar Qathafi has maintained a good record in its human
rights policy, which is recognized by the international community. It
would be ridiculous and an act of criminal for three white mercenaries
to doctor reports and imposed on the international public and declare
such reports represent the truth and facts in Libya.
Why the West and its neo-Nazis’ allies immediately slapped Libya with
unjust sanctions for supposedly human rights violations committed
against al-qaeda terrorists, while the very West fail to condemn the
“stone age” Fascist Monarchies in the Middle East, who have mortgaged
the noble rights and freedom of their people to al-qaeda terrorism,
and who horribly violated the rights and democratic aspirations of
millions of Arab nationals. Why United Nations hatred for Africa and
people of Africa, a wicked campaign which began since the brutal
murder of the legitimate leader of the then Congo, the late Dr.
Patrice Lumumba and extended to the former obnoxious apartheid enclave
in South Africa down to the current destabilization of the continent
by colonial masters in Europe and their collaborators in the US and
Middle East.
We are conscious Africans and as such understand the wider political
game. We are not surprised by such a deep-hatred for Africa by western
structures. We are not surprised also that the UN Panelists report on
Libya, apart from being millions of miles away from the truth, it only
rehearses terrorist al-qaeda/NATO propaganda against the legitimate
Government and people of Libya.
Concluding, we, members of the Sierra Leone People’s Democratic League
(PDL) warn that let the imperialist and their surrogates think by
attacking and killing the mass of Africans in Libya, and trying to
kill Muammar Qathafi and his family will deter the African people
resolved to create the United States of Africa in the not too long
future. We will not be intimidated to abandon Libya and Muammar
Qathafi at this time of heightened western terrorism on the continent.
We call upon the Government of President Ernest Bai Koroma in Freetown
to denounce NATO and al-qaeda terrorists in Benghazi and declared
support and solidarity for the Government and people of Libya. This we
urge President Koroma to do in the spirit of Pan-Africanism.
We believe Sierra Leone should be seen as towing the line of the
African Union (AU), and not the contrary.
It is our view that President Ernest Bai Koroma will not follow the
footsteps of modern slaves like President Abdoulaye Wade of Senegal
and must not allow any territory of Sierra Leone is turned as a
staging or launching pad against the legitimate Government and people
of Libya.
The result of inaction towards our call may not only facilitate the
destruction of Africa but also contribute to surrendering African
sovereignty to the designs and tastes of al-qaeda terrorist and their
NATO mentors. Such inaction on the part of the government of President
Koroma in Freetown will also ensure that Libya and the Libyan people
remain at the mercy of al-qaeda terrorism.
Libya must live!

Now Libya
"I spent 33 years and four months in active military service and during that period I spent most of my time as a high class muscle man for Big Business, for Wall Street and the bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism. I helped make Mexico and especially Tampico safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefit of Wall Street. I helped purify Nicaragua for the International Banking House of Brown Brothers in 1902-1912. I brought light to the Dominican Republic for the American sugar interests in 1916. I helped make Honduras right for the American fruit companies in 1903. In China in 1927 I helped see to it that Standard Oil went on its way unmolested. Looking back on it, I might have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents." - U.S. Marine Major General Smedley D. Butler

Stop Killing Your Own People
We condemn the brutal killing of hundreds of unarmed protesters in Libya. There is no place for such barbarism in civilized world. Muammar Gaddafi should step down, if he is no longer wanted and rejected as leader by the Libyan people. The Libyan foreign service corps should support the aspirations of the Libyan people for the truth, freedom and justice. Severe your ties with Gaddafi now and help remake the history of your country. Libya is not Gaddafi ! Libya is for the Libyan people !
