It is my pleasure to extend my congratulatory treats to you, for your appointment to the Court of Saint James, as Liberia's representative to such an honorable place. I am not at all, surprise for your marvelous achievement simply, because you stayed focused on your studies while residing in the United States.

A withdrawal of complaint against Mr. Toquee
Dear Mr. Ambassador

I write to formerly withdraw my complaint against one of your staff Mr. Napoleon Toquee.
Sir my reason for my withdrawal is from the
act that I have finally learned the facts surrounding my son Henriry Tito Harvey alias Tito Johnson.
Both the y son mother together with other relatives including Mr. Toquee have resolved to solve this matter in a family and peaceful atmosphere.
My reason of first writing you Mr. Ambassador was I was not getting cooperation from Toquee. or his mother ,we have finally reached an agreement.
Sir Intake this time to fully comment you in the entire episode. I shall always be grateful for this gesture.
Finally I am sorry for any mishap that may have occurred during our confrontation between Toquee and my self.
Thanks may God be with you and your able staff.

Sincerely yours

A withdrawal of complaint against Mr. Toquee
Dear Mr. Ambassador
I write to inform you that my complaint against one of your staff in person of Napoleon Toquee concerning my son Henry Tito Harvey alias Tito Johnson be withdrawn and that Mr. Toquee and myself together with my son and his mother handler this suitation peacefully.
I do not intend for Mr. Toquee nor either his family to lost their position because of this, my reason for writing you Mr. Ambassador was simply because Toquee ignored my authority for he have no reaso'ns what so ever to have taken my son without me b'eing informed,no matter what the circumstances were between my son and for which I know there were none.
I am sorry for the inconvenient that may have caused to your good office, in the line of peace and harmony I therefore withdraw my complaint.

Thanks

Treats received from the Toquee Family
Hon. Ambassador
With barely hours after our conversation, Mr.Toquee's wife Ernestine Toquee called my son's aunt Ms Frances Haynes raining all sorts of Theata and abuses on the lady , I later called by unknown person claiming to know where my son is and demanding that I money for plane tickets to get my son whom this unknown caller said my son have been deported to London and is currently in jail.
This unknown caller said that I should not call the Ambassador, when quizzed about who this person was they hung up the one, this I believed is the working of the Toquee,s family.
On the insults by Mrs. Toquee she used her daugther telling my son's aunt that I want my son to give me kidney which is a blatant lie, I have not reach to any position on giving me kidneys nor never ever mentioned such to anybody.
In this light Sir please also contact Ms Frances Haynes who's number is 6147042918, she have given me permission in this matter to be ask about this whole scenario surrounding my son.
Sir, I peacefully await your timely intervention in this story of my son Henry Tito Harvey alias Tito Johnson.

Thanks

Henrique Z.A.Harvey all. Father

A Formal Complaint concerning Mr.Toquee aStaff at the Embassy in London
Dear. Mr. Ambassador:

I am Mr. Henrique Z. A. Harvey presently living in Minnesota. St. Paul. USA.
I bring to your attention a formal complaint against
Mr. Napoleon Toquee a staff at your embassy.
Mr. Toquee took my son Henry Tito Harvey alias Tito Johnson, since 2006 , I have never heard or seen my son nor know his whereabouts.
Mr. Toquee did not informed me when bringing my son even thoughToquee knows me personally.
I came United States in 2013 and since then I have made all efforts to contact Mr. Toquee throughhis son on face book but all efforts have proven fur tile.
Mr. Ambassador I contacted one Frances Haynes a citizen and happen to know The Toquees she have given me her number to verify everything I am saying her number is 6147042918.
I want you Sir to please let Mr. Toquee find my son where ever he is ,this act by Mr. Toquee could be termed as kidnapping of someone,s child.
Mr. Toquee is no Relative to my son, my son was a very good friend of his family and to Toquee son in particular.
I learned from Ms Haynes who is the eldest aunt of my son that The Toquee have sent my son to the states to Monroetta Johnson Harryson my son,s mother who I also learned have refused to contact the Toquee after my son came to her for vacation from London, I do not believe that the Toquee have any contacts with my son mother as I been told by my son aunt whose number I wrote earlier.
Sir, I am here with acute kidneys disease and can not return home because I am on dialysis here and such services are not in my country.
While I remain here it will be prudent if Mr. Toquee can find my son I want to talk and see my son whether he alive or dead, he,s my oldest son.
Mr. Toquee claimed he is a relative to my son mother this is not true at all.His wife Erstine and my son mother grew up in the same neighbor hood of Gardnerville. Chocolate city Monrovia, Liberia.
I believed it was a deal between the Toquee and my son mother for which I am not award of.
Sir please do everything in your power to have Mr. Toquee locate my son,you can contact me by my number. 6514040291.

Thanks

Henrique Z.A.Harvey. all Father
