I want to know the possibility of obtaining a passport for a Liberian lady by name debby Andrew Smith living in Senegal in the refugee camp as a refugee. I am a retire Nigerian Army that have worked with President Amos Sawyer at the period of ecomoc when He become the Entering president of Liberia in 1990. I was his first Driver by then and a very close friend, Due to military transfer i was sent back without the President knowledge, since then we lost contact till now. This has beem my prayers for so many years now. My father is from liberia cap palmus, he came to nigeria since 1940. Here he got married & gave birth to us, since then we lost our way to liberia and now dat we are fully grown we want to found our way back there. Pls sir ,madam. We dearly need ur help, we want to go back to our country liberia. We are not save here pleas. I am Williams Taubman .c the first son.
