Please assist me with following. Is there any possibility of getting a South African ID if one has lived and worked in RSA from 2007 and what procedure should one follow?
I only have my Birth Certificate from Lesotho.

MY SISTERS WAS BORN IN LESOTHO AND PASSED AWAY,SHE LEFT THREE KIDS AND THEY ALL BORN IN SA.THEY CANT HAVE ANYTHING ID,SCHOOL CETIFICATES,JOB.AND THE FIRST BORN DINT WRIGHT MATRIC BECUOSE OF THAT.
BIRTH DATES ARE THERE AT THE LOCAL CINICS.
