Hi have 13 years in south africa and I have a 6 years baby her father is a south african but my baby she don't have a barth certifficat and its difficalt 4 me cous she must go to skool no I really need a help pls
Am a mosotho girl and am going to get married in south africa,i have all the document they wanted,police clearance,the letter that confirm that am no married in Lesotho and my valid passport.So wen I go there to make an appointment they tells me that I have to come with letter of impediment,I want to know what am I suppossed to do to get that letter they say I will get it in Pretoria.
I have been here in south africa since 2005 and I finished my matric here so my problem is that when I go out looking for a job they want ID so I have a passport and now I want to do a work permit so which are things that is needed.
My aunt from Lesotho has been living with me in South Africa for over 20yrs now. She has a Lesotho passport, police clearance and all the necessary immigration papers. She's getting old and has no one to take care of her in Lesotho. I am the only relatives she has left. How do I go about obtaining permanent South African residency for her?

We are all people of God thers no need to criticise each others.People of SA they do not lyke the people of the outsiders.when your looking in SA we are rainbow nation SA it does not have its own people we are all out siders they criticise us.espeacialy the sotho one those who come from Lesotho.this is not neccesary.its unfair mane people of SA
I am come from lesotho•i have a problem.my principal at school told me that if am willing to write my matric exam next year I must have an I•D so the problem is that my mom she dnt have I•D and its been more than 20 years she stays here even now so I wana know what am I suppose to do becuase am her only girl and I wana be educated so that I can work for her so please I am realy neen some help please
