THE WORSE
This so called consul is the WORSE person that ever walked the earth. If you're not "somebody" or know "somebody" you're surely f*cked. When I went to renew my passport I called Mr. Nazem El Kadri for direction and he sent me the opposite way of the city, then when I called him again he literally insulted me.
Is the Lebanese Embassy that powerless to remove this a**hole and replace with somebody worthy to represent our country and serve us honestly without changing the prices and trying to extort money from us?
This guy should not even represent us! REMOVE HIM!
Mr. Very disappointed.

No answer
Hi I'm chad and Ive been a Canadian citizen for the last 17 years I just need to ask Mr. Nazem a simple question but unfortunately no one ever picks up the phone. I've been trying to reach out for this guy for 2 months straight every single day.
I hope the lebanese embassy in Ottawa can change this guy soon. Very irresponsible

TOO BUSY
I called the so-called Consulate in Toronto to find out about notarizing documents and was told by this guy that he was "too busy" and that everything must be done in Ottawa! I sure hope no one pays him for answering the phone. He is curt and of no assistance.

Unreachable
I'm in toronto for 5 days and i've been trying to reach Nazem since my first hour, to no avail!!!! I've faxed him and called over 50 times every day, always being transfered to the voice mail, which states that it's full and that I cannot leave a message!!!!!

I never expected an important government office would have such irresponsible attitude / working hours!!!!
