Hello there, i am married of Philippino woman over in Philippines, we did sent already all our legal documents in Lebanese Consulate in Manila as the presenter Mr. Joseph witnessed on our marriage contract, after 15 days of waiting, they gave us the mentioned details from Tokyo Embassy:

I keep trying several times with the Ministry Of Foreign in Lebanon but the staff over here helpless and not friendly, they couldn't found the the diplomatic case at all and they said something wrong over there, kindly check if you send it or not? my Name Faissal Al Awar and wife Name Ponciana Alforque.
I look forward into the matter seriously hoping to hear from you as soon as possible...please inform the Lebanese ambassador.

Dears @ Lebanon Consulate 'Japan,
My daughter documnets is already more than seven month under process.
Initially the documents been sent to lebanon under the pouch number below but returned back to tokyo due to the missing acknowwledegement letter from the father knowing that i'm (the father) who process the documents there in manila.
I'm following up with manila all this period but now they are telling me that the documnets been sent to tokyo since 1 and a half month, but nothing yet been sent to lebanon, and the new pouch number is not yet sent to me.
the previous pouch number is: Letter no. 273/3 dated 30/11/2010 and the Pouch No. 10 dated 30/11/2010
Father Name: Mohamad Abdien processing the registration of my daughter Monifa Abdien.
