Clearly nothing has changed about this from 2012. I paid the $120 and a further $100 for fast tracking my visa. The same attitude and non- candour was demonstrated by the office here in Kenya. With them finally saying that they could not issue it but I had to get it directly from Beirut. This is a month later. And with my travel dates dangerously close. Problem is they assured me I would have my visa. The office is run by a very unprofessional set of people, except for the receptionist. It's Beirut. I don't want to live there.
