I called the consulate to do a paper they spoke to me in a bad way every one says it's not my business it's my colleague work seems that even here is like lebanon.
انا المواطن اللبناني يحي دندشي أقيم و أعمل في قطر، تلقيت دراستي الجامية في ايطاليا في مدينة تورينو وحصلت على شهادة هندسة الطيران وذلك في عام 1998.
انا بحاجة لتصديق شهادتي الجامعية من سفارة قطر في ايطاليا، اتصلت بالجامعة لهذا الغرض فاعتذروا و قالوا انهم لا يقدمون هذه الخدمة !
ارجو الافادة بهذا الخصوص

Sono Lebanese e abito in Italia da pochi mesi con mio marito. Vorrei iscrivermi all'universita l'anno prossimo ma mi manca un documento che si chiama Dichiarazione di valore che deve essere rilasciato dalla Rappresentanza Diplomatica o Consolare Italiana competente per territorio. Io ho gia la diploma secondario generale tradotta in italiano e stampata dell'ambasciata d'Italia a Beirut .
Potrei averla in qualche modo senza andare in Libano?

Hello there, I am Syrian living and working in milan for the past 2 years. I have obtained a political asylum last August. I would like to go and visit my mom in Beirut, but I was told that I am now supposed to apply for a visa to go there.
Is this true? and if yes, is it possible to apply for the visa from the Lebanese consulate in Milano? Thank you
