Soy libanes y mi futura mujer es española pretendemos abrir un negocio aqui en españa, yo seria el inversor, me gustaria aparecer en el negocio junto con ella como socios, pero necesito saber cual es la manera mas idonea de realizar la estructura juridica de la empresa y como Deberia arreglar mis papeles y obtener algun permiso o visado especial, cual seria la manera mas facil y rapida.
