Answering Phone
I have been trying to contact the Conulate for the last month. Please answer your phone. I tried to make an appointment on line and by fax, but no response whatsoever. This is no way to do business. I am a Lebanese citizen, and I am entitled to better service than that. Thank you very much.

Just like in Lebanon
Trying to get someone to answer the phone is just like fishing in the ocean. This is ridiculous, its a shame as well.
