Dear Honorary Mr. Assad chagoury ,
My name is ghassan ghannoum i worked in benin cotonou ,for approximetly 1 year in west african gas pipe line project , as administration manger of the project , ( pipe line project terminated in december 2009 ). I would like to request a police certificate for my immigration file for canada.
Please let me know how to get this paper in lebanon because am not being able to find the cotonou embassy in lebanon.
