I am a citizen of Latvia so I went to latvian embassy in Den Haag to sit down, have a cup of tea and talk with somebody from the embassy on things I have questions about. Den Haag - the embassy door is locked and I have to ring the bell. Girl answers the call and explains me I have to call and make an appointment to be able to come in and talk with anybody. The next day I am at home and calling the embassy to make an appointment but phone number that they have listed online is not working anymore.
Question. can you make it any more complicated and impersonal. How can you possibly be so busy that I have to make appointment to get in the door. I am ashamed of my own people. Very disappointing.
All I wanted to know was can I make an invitation for my friend through the embassy or I have to go back to Latvia to do it?
