Hello,
I firmly complain about refusal to put the Visa stamp to Merabi Shengelia concerning his Residence and Work Permit.
Firt of all,Merabi Shengelia has been to the Latvian Embassy in Tbilisi showing the Decision of Residence and Work Permit and one of your employees, called Mari is saying to Merab Shengelia that the decision of the Residence and Work Permit is lost, which is absolute nonsense!
Second, Merab Shengelia has been to the Latvian Embassy Office several times showing the Decision of the Swedish Emigration Officer Maren Weickhert-Wehbe, but Mari tells him that at Latvian Embassy you cannot Swedish and Merabi needs to call back to Sweden himself to supply you the Decision 10060652 in swedish version; This is also nonsense...!
I'd kindly ask you to regard this matter in a very serious manner and fulfill your responsibility of the following:
1.It's the responsibility of the Latvian Embassy not to lose the data from Swedish Emigration Office and if it happened to find it!
2. It's the big problem if your employess at the Latvian Embassy who cannot read Swedish!
3.It's the responsibility of the Latvian Embassy to retreive the English version of the decision 10060652 -MERABI SHENGELIA contacting the Swedish Emigration Board in Sweden and not asking Merabi Shengelia to do it for you.
3. It's redisulous and absolutely respectless to your responsibility to ask Merabi Shengelia that he himself has to correct mistakes which your employees are responsible for.
