Dear Mr Mitrovski ,
My name is Charly Mel , we met a few years ago when we opened the factory
in Bitola with my parter Ginta Ozolina .
We still have our factory in Bitola , but I am struggling with finding good
technologist and administrative employees .
During my next visit in Bitola , I would like to meet you and maybe you can
give us some advise how to find good employees .

I am citizen of Kosovo and i need to apply for student visa permit in order to go in Latvia. so my question is Can the Honorary Consulate of Latvia in Stip issues such visa permit?
