And I am running four business’s as sole proprieter at His Holiness The Dalai Lama Temple Road, Mcleodganj, Tehsil Dharamshala, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh INDIA, with the names given below:

As every year, I can have few weeks off from my business’s as vacations and I am planning to visit Latvia from last three years coz I had heard lot about this country and specially want to see Baltic Sea in this life. And also like to visit Degole Milk Factory for my next business about Dairy in my hometown. And along with it, I would like to see Dundagas Castle, Cinevilla, Rundale Palace, Laci Bakery, Dole Manor & Museum.
Hereby,i had applied for tourist visa two times and both time they rejected,first time i had applied in 21-08-2010 and on that time i had invitation letter from one of my friend in Latvia. and then i got interview call and after interview they refused my visa. and just gave reason that i was not able to convince to embassy for my stay in Latvia, But in invitation letter of my friend had mentioned for my stay in her house for the period of my visit.So i got disappointed but Embassy decision is final decision.Then second times i had appllied again Visa Application on 08-10-2012 and i had invitation letter from a Impro travel company of latvia and also hotel reservation for my intended stay but just a mistake with dates had done by the hotel on brochure as 3rd-11th.october 2012 but on itinerary and on invitation letter the dates were right 3rd-11th Nov.2012 but hungary embassy again refused my visa application. Due to a mistake of dates in the brochure of Hotel Albert, Riga, Latvia, my Visa Application refused from the Embassy. So, I had informed to Impro travels,riga,Latvia on 15th October 2012 immeidieatly and they come to know about their mistake and appologise. And just sent me a new brochure according to my booking in Hotel from 3rd november to 11th november 2012. So I am going to depositing again the correct brochure of the Hotel Albert, Riga, Latvia, with my Apeal Application.
But my air ticket and hotel reservation is from 3rd of november 2012 till 11th of november 2012. and i got refusal documents on 15th of oct 2012.so i can appeal only till 23rd october 2012.
so can i Appeal for it on 22nd oct 2012 or not. Please suggest me your kind suggestions.
