Dear Sir,
I'm from Bangladesh. I have a company in Latvia. In my country, there is no embassy of Latvia. I frequently go to Hong Kong for my business. I have checked there is a consulate of Latvia in Wan Chai, HK. I need to know, can I submit the documents for Temporary Residence Permit of Latvia in your consulate of HK ?
Please let me know and help me to submit the documents.
