Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Moroccan and I work for the ministry of education as head of the evaluation division. I am representing Morocco in an international meeting in Riga 18-24 June, 2017. Morocco's representative is invited to attend ( by both the Ministry of education and science of Latvia and the IEA Boston college).
Further, I need information about how I should apply ! I work and live in Rabat and need to to deposit my application for the visa .
I'll be very thankful if you mail me the list of documents required to apply.

i am a moroccan citizen live in my home country, i would like to visit latvia as a tourism,can you send me ,what is documentation condition do i obtaining a visa to latvia,i should be grateful if you would send all information about an entry visa to latvia for my self if required .
