We need your help to get home to Latvia ASAP. Situation is following - yesterday we returned from our vacation in Bali to Bangkok as we have return ticket to Riga via Helsinki (with Finnair), but unfortunately Thai Immigration dpt. refused me a visa due to not enough space in my pasport to put the visa stamp. I left the Thailand to Bali on 9.10.2013..
We (me and my husband) styed in transit area without passports, luggage etc.The problem is thatnoone is speaking English and can not explain the situation. We bought new tickets yesterday to go home , but we were not allowed to do it. At the moment situation is very unclear. Please help.
