lost passport
Hi, a couple of years ago I sent my wife's passport to you for renew. Check was cashed but we never got the passport back. Called and they said they mailed it. We waited and waited and gave up after one year. Made copies of her passport before we sent it. Can we send in copies to make a new one. There should be records that we mailed in the original.
