we are off thai city but we lives mostly oversea, we read so much about laos and we appreciated the beauty and would love to settle there with a small cafe since i am off chef by trade for the last 16 years(eco friendly)
just wondering what department should we visit to gathering all this necessity information,please? we also planing to take ours kids ( 1 york and 1 french) with us, they have all their vaccine book and microchip,
