I am a Lao student,have been in Malaysia since 1st February 2013. I got a Scholarship of IGRF from University Putra Malaysia, 43400 UPM Serdang, Selangor. From 4-15 FEB is the period of registration, and i would to visit our Lao brothers and sisters.
